Warehouse and Wholesale Management Software

For warehouse and wholesale management, AI Lab rolls out optoERP — a system where the catalogue, stock per warehouse, customer orders, delivery and returns live in one loop. The wholesale buyer assembles the order in their own B2B storefront at their own prices, and the manager no longer retypes requests from messengers by hand. The product is ready to deploy in Bishkek and across Kyrgyzstan.

What optoERP does

  • Catalogue and stock. Goods, prices, units and stock per warehouse. A price approval queue so the manager doesn't sell at an outdated price.
  • The customer's B2B storefront. The wholesale buyer signs in, sees their own prices and assembles the order themselves.
  • Order pipeline. An order moves through stages: picked, confirmed, shipped. It is visible where it stalled and with whom.
  • Delivery and returns. A courier role, the day's route, a delivery mark and returns processing.
  • Warehouse and stocktaking. Receipts, shipments, transfers, and a reconciliation of physical stock against the records.

Who it is for

Wholesale and distribution companies where orders arrive by phone and in messengers, the stock in the spreadsheet and on the shelves drifts apart, and managers spend the day retyping requests into the records.

How the rollout works

  1. A review of your product range and how records are kept today.
  2. Migration of items, prices and stock.
  3. Onboarding your wholesale customers to the B2B storefront.
  4. Training the managers, and support after launch.

We deploy optoERP for your product range. If you need something the product doesn't cover, we extend it or build a custom system.

A task we have already handled

Wholesale company. Orders came by phone and messengers, stock figures never matched. We built optoERP: catalogue and stock, a B2B storefront, an order pipeline and delivery.

What we need from you

  • Items, prices and stock — in whatever form they exist today: a spreadsheet, or an export from 1C or your warehouse program.
  • A list of your wholesale customers and their terms.
  • Time from your managers and storekeeper for the review and training.

What the cost depends on

We quote a price after the review. It depends on:

  • How many warehouses and items you have, and how complex your pricing is.
  • Data migration — items, stock, order history.
  • The number of wholesale customers we connect to the storefront.
  • Delivery — whether you need the courier role and routes.
  • Integrations — 1C, banks, your website.
  • Customisations for the specifics of your records, and support.

Where we work

The AI Lab office is at 110 Toktogul Street, Bishkek. We work with companies across Kyrgyzstan; outside Bishkek we work remotely.

Frequently asked questions

How much does warehouse management software cost?

We quote the rollout price after reviewing your product range and your current records. It depends on the number of warehouses and items, the volume of items and stock to migrate, the number of wholesale customers, and integrations — with 1C, for example.

Why doesn't the stock in the records match what is on the shelves?

Usually because orders, shipments and stock are kept in different places: in chats, a spreadsheet and a warehouse program. In optoERP they are in one loop, and stocktaking reconciles physical stock against the records.

Can customers place orders themselves?

Yes. The wholesale buyer signs in to their own B2B storefront, sees their own prices and assembles the order themselves — no calls or messages to a manager.

Is there delivery and a courier role?

Yes: the courier has the day's route and a delivery mark, and a return of an order already delivered is handled in the same system.

Can optoERP be connected to 1C?

Yes. Integration with 1C and other systems is a separate part of the work; we estimate its scope during the review.

Does the system work on a phone?

Yes. It installs on a phone as an app, with no app store needed, and sends push notifications.
