Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The ailab.kg website belongs to AI Lab. AI Lab is a brand of Devline LLC (ОсОО «Девлайн»), registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. Devline LLC is responsible for the data processing described in this policy.

2. What data we receive and why

The website has no forms, user accounts, advertising pixels or web analytics. We do not ask you to enter any data on the site and we do not track visitors. Data reaches us only in these ways:

• Technical request data. When you open a page, the site's hosting provider automatically receives your IP address, browser and device details, the page address and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the page and to protect the site from failures and attacks. We do not try to identify you from it.
• Language cookie. The site may store a technical cookie named NEXT_LOCALE with your chosen language (ru, en or ky) so that pages are shown in that language. It is deleted when you close the browser and is not used for tracking.
• Your messages. If you email us, call us, or write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or LinkedIn via links on the site, we receive what you send yourself: your name, contact details, message text and attachments. We use them to reply, discuss your request and prepare a proposal and a contract.

The site's fonts are served from our own domain, not from third-party servers. The site does not embed videos, maps or widgets from other services.

3. Social media and APIs

We use the official APIs of Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and LinkedIn solely to publish and manage content on the company's own accounts: the AI Lab Page on LinkedIn and the @ailab.kg account on Instagram. For LinkedIn this is our internal app AI Lab Publisher, which is not available to external users.

• We do not collect, store or sell data about other LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook members, and we do not build profiles of them.
• We store only the identifiers of our own published posts, so that we know what was published and when, and can edit or delete a post if needed.
• API access tokens are kept confidential on company systems and are not shared with third parties.

When you interact with our social media pages yourself, your data is processed by the platform under its own privacy policy.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent personal data. It is processed only by services that the website and our communication with you depend on:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting; processes technical request data.
• Zoho Corporation — email for the ailab.kg domain; the emails you send us pass through it.
• Meta and LinkedIn — receive the content we publish on the company's accounts.
• WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and LinkedIn — if you message us there, the platform itself processes the message under its own rules.

The servers of these services may be located outside the Kyrgyz Republic, including in the United States. We disclose data to public authorities only when the law of the Kyrgyz Republic requires it.

5. Retention

• We keep correspondence and contact details for as long as they are needed to reply and to work together. If a contract is concluded, we keep them for as long as the law requires contract and accounting records to be kept, and then delete them.
• Technical request data is kept by the hosting provider for a limited period under its own rules.
• The language cookie is deleted when you close the browser.
• We keep the identifiers of our posts for as long as the post remains on the company's account.

6. Your rights

Under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information”, you have the right to:

• find out what data about you we hold and how we use it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data or stop processing it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• withdraw your consent to data processing.

Send your request to info@ailab.kg. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may also contact the authorised state body for personal data protection.

This policy and our data processing are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the Law “On Personal Information”.

7. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way the website works or the way we process data changes. The current version is always on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
