1C Integration with CRM, Banks and Websites
1C integration is the automatic exchange of data between 1C and the company's other systems: CRM, bank, website, spreadsheets, external services. AI Lab in Bishkek sets up these exchanges around your processes: we remove the manual re-typing of data, keep an exchange log and send error alerts so the data in your systems doesn't drift apart.

We name clients only with their permission, so here it is the industry and the task.
- Accounting firm. Clients sent statements over a messenger and the data was typed in by hand. We connected statement parsing to the 1C export.
- Wholesale company. Stock in the warehouse software and in the shop disagreed. We brought them into one data layer with an exchange log.

How much does 1C integration cost?
We quote a price after auditing your systems. It depends on how many systems we connect, which direction the data flows, how many reference lists and documents take part in the exchange, and whether you need support when things change on the side of external systems.
Which 1C do you work with?
With the configurations companies in Kyrgyzstan use, including "1C:Accounting for Kyrgyzstan". For loading bank statements and payment orders we build external processors that don't change your configuration.
Can bank statements be loaded into 1C automatically?
Yes. Statements are parsed automatically — including from PDF and Excel — and exported for a one-click load into 1C, with no manual entry.
Do we need to change our 1C or switch to other software?
No. Integration connects what already runs for you. We change only what the exchange can't work without, and agree it with you in advance.
What happens if the exchange breaks?
We keep an exchange log and set up error alerts: a failure is visible right away, not at the end of the month when the numbers don't add up.
Can 1C be connected to a website or online store?
Yes: stock, prices and orders between 1C and the website, as well as connections to CRM, messengers, delivery services and other external services through their API.
