AI Implementation and AI Agents for Business
Bringing AI into a company is not a chatbot subscription — it means setting up AI agents for the specific work your staff do: documents, reports, processing incoming data, answering customers. AI Lab in Bishkek starts with a process review, picks the places where an agent pays off, tunes it on your data and checks its quality before launch.
Where AI agents are useful today
AI pays off where people do the same kind of work with text and data every day. These are the tasks we automate:
- Documents. Contracts, quotes, acts, reports: source data in, a finished PDF or DOCX in your own layout out.
- Accounting. Bank statements are parsed automatically and exported for a one-click load into 1C.
- Customer conversations. The bot answers day and night on WhatsApp and Telegram, carries the conversation to a request and hands it to a manager.
- Company legal paperwork. Charters, contracts and registers generated from templates, with a log of what was issued.
- Knowledge base. Search across regulations, orders and contracts, answering with a link to the source.
- Content. Pipelines for social media, training videos and campaigns.
How we implement AI
We don't sell "AI implementation" without a process review. First we work out where it pays off — and say plainly if it pays off nowhere.
- Measurement. How much time the process takes today and who does it.
- Choosing the places where automation pays off.
- Tuning on your data — your documents, price list and regulations, not generic examples from the internet.
- Quality checks before launch on real tasks.
- Access and the security perimeter, then support and fine-tuning.
Why a pipeline of agents, not a single chat
A single all-purpose assistant makes mistakes where the work has several steps. So we build a pipeline: each agent is responsible for its own stage, and the result is checked before a person sees it. That way the system catches the error, not your customer.
AI inside your team
Beyond individual processes, we bring AI into your staff's daily work: we tune agents to specific roles, train the team and leave behind the rules that keep it running without us. This is a programme of work with your team, not a one-off project.
What we need from you
- Time with the staff who do the work today — to understand how the process really runs.
- Sample documents and data that the agent will learn from and be tested on.
- A responsible person on your side who signs off on the pilot results.
- Access to systems — only to the extent the task requires.
What the cost depends on
We quote an exact price after the review. It depends on:
- How many processes we take on and how uniform they are.
- Data — what shape it is in and how much of it needs preparing.
- Systems the agent works with: 1C, CRM, messengers, email.
- Languages — Russian, Kyrgyz or both.
- Where the solution runs — in the cloud or on your server.
- Team training and support after launch.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI agent, in plain words?
A program that does part of an employee's work, following the company's rules and using its data: it reads one document and fills in another from it, parses a bank statement, drafts a reply. We don't build a single "smart assistant" but a pipeline of agents, each responsible for its own stage, with the result checked before it reaches a person.
How much does AI implementation cost?
We quote a price after the process review. It depends on the number of processes, the volume and quality of your data, which systems the agent has to work with and in which languages, where it will be deployed, and whether you need support after launch.
Will AI replace my employees?
We automate repetitive work; decisions and complex cases stay with people. The goal is for employees to spend their time on what needs their experience, not on re-typing data.
Is it safe to give AI access to company data?
Access and the security perimeter are part of the work: the agent gets only the data the task requires. Automation scenarios can be deployed inside your own perimeter, on your own server.
Does the AI work with the Kyrgyz language?
Yes. We work in Russian and Kyrgyz, including the documents and texts the agent prepares on its own.
Do you train employees to work with AI?
Yes, as a separate programme: we tune agents to the actual roles of your staff, train the team and leave behind the rules that keep it running without us.
