An intensive for a group: how to set a task for AI, check the answer and where not to trust it. We work through examples from your job, not abstract ones.

A series of sessions: in between, the team applies AI to its own tasks, and at the next meeting we review what worked.

Where AI pays off in your company, how to set the task for the team and how to check results and risks.

We teach staff to work with the systems and agents we have set up, so the rollout does not stay on paper.

We teach on your tasks, not on examples from the internet
Before the sessions we look at what the team does every day and build the programme around those tasks. Afterwards the guidelines and materials stay — new employees get up to speed with them without us.
